Below are tables listing the cost of room and board per semester.
- All rooms in Monroe, Jefferson and Washington Halls are under the Extended Apartment style occupancy period July 31, 2025 – July 6, 2026.
- All rooms in Harrison and Madison Halls are under the Apartment style occupancy period August 22, 2025 - June 12, 2026.
- Students living on East Campus are not required to have a dining plan, however they may still sign up for a dining plan if they prefer.
