The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the following:
- Maintaining student academic and educational records and interpreting academic policies, and federal and state regulations
- Academic transcripts, grade reports, and enrollment verification and certification
- Analyzing student progress toward degree requirements and certifying degree requirements are satisfied for degree conferral
- Course registration
- Developing and maintaining the schedule of classes
- Interpreting the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
- Providing academic accommodations to students with disabilities
- Certifying students for educational benefits under the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
