The regular meeting of the BOV Academic Affairs Committee of Christopher Newport University was called to order at 8:45 AM on September 20, 2019 by Brad Hunter, Committee Chair. Prior to the start of the regular meeting, Board Docs Training was conducted by Jered Benoit, Associate Director for Enterprise Services, CNU IT Services.

The previous meeting minutes were distributed and a vote was held to approve them. A motion to approve the minutes was made by Chairman Hunter and seconded by Ella Ward. The minutes were unanimously approved by the committee.

3. Resolution for Exclusion of Certain Officers
4. Community Captains

6. U.S. News Rankings
7. Faculty Composition and Size
8. Curriculum

The next meeting will be held at 9:00 AM on February 7, 2020 in the Harrison Room of the David Student Union unless otherwise announced.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 AM by Chairman Hunter.
