- All rooms in Monroe and Washington Halls are under the Extended Apartment-style occupancy period: August 3, 2026 – July 6, 2027.
- All rooms in Harrison, Madison, and Jefferson Halls are under the Apartment-style occupancy period: August 12, 2026 - May 28, 2027.
- Students living in CNU Apartments are not required to have a dining plan; however, they may still sign up for a dining plan if they prefer.
