EHS establishes policies, plans and procedures pursuant to federal, state, and local regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices intended to eliminate or reduce work-related injuries and illness and environmental pollution. We monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in health and safety programs for students, faculty and staff.
EHS provides technical support to facilitate departmental efforts in integrating health and safety considerations into daily operations and planning. Our services include hazard assessment and control, training and education, inspections and audits, and work-related injury and illness investigation.
