CNU-led Study Abroad Programs
CNU-led programs are designed and taught by our faculty, blending academic coursework with immersive international experiences. These programs typically include small groups of 20 students or fewer, allowing for meaningful connections with both professors and peers. You’ll engage deeply with your destination through site visits, cultural experiences, and hands-on learning tied directly to your coursework.
Programs are offered in a variety of disciplines and locations, including business, leadership, history, environmental studies, and the arts.
External Study Abroad Options
CNU students also have the opportunity to study abroad through partner universities and approved third-party organizations. These programs offer an independent, immersive experience, often for a semester, summer, or full academic year.
Even when studying through an external provider, you’ll still receive support from CNU, including advising, credit approval, and pre-departure guidance to ensure your experience aligns with your academic goals.
CNU Study Abroad Versus External Programs
Applying to a CNU-led program is a straightforward process through our Study Abroad Application. Students typically need to be in good academic standing and meet any program-specific requirements. Many CNU-led programs are open to any current student. Our team is available to guide you through each step, from selecting a program to preparing for departure.
External programs have their own application processes and deadlines, but you’re not navigating it alone. The Study Abroad Office helps you evaluate options, transfer credits, and ensure everything is approved before you go.
